Rome: accomodation in convents

Has anyone stayed in religious accomodations in the historical centre of Rome (or close to Vatican) during Christmas week?
E-mails of any religious institutes (convents, etc.) will be very helpful.

Sally, what was it like. My daughter would be interested as she will be student teaching in Europe starting in January and she plans to travel during her breaks. Thanks in advance for any info and your time.

We liked it very much- plain and simple but very peaceful.

Type Fraterna Domus into the Fodors search box and you will get 35 posts with lots of information about it.
