Romantic Hotel with a view in Venice?
 
Can anyone help with a romantic hotel with a view of the canal in Venice? I am trying to stay around $125 and we are travelling in mid December. Looked at La Calcina and the Rialto but neither really seems to be the "right" choice....any help is appreciated! <BR> <BR>Thanks!

Which canal? Check out the La Calcina location--a good choice but not the Grand Canal. The Rialto is in the middle of everything, but can be very noisy. Are you sure you want on the Grand Canal--it will limit your options.

Doesn't have to be the grand canal - just would like a good view of one of the canals so we can look out and watch the gondolas.
