Romantic hotel in Paris???

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a small, maybe old fashioned, but comfortable hotel somewhere in the center of Paris? I want to take my girlfriend as a surprise for our 1 year anniversary and I've never been there so I really haven't a clue. Price range up to US$100 per night. Any recommendations for nice restaurants/bistros/coffee shops or places to go would be really appreciated. Thanks.

G./

GEorge
I just brought a similar question from yesterday up to the top again. You'll have to check current prices on the hotels I mentioned. There are many others as well. You could also browse at www.paris.org or www.hotelboulevard.com, or buy the book
"Cheap Sleeps in Paris"
good luck

This is a fairly common topic here. Try a search for "romantic paris" and/or "charm hotel paris" and you'll find lots of suggestions. Congrats on being a romantic! Your girlfriend is a lucky woman.
