Romantic Honeymoon in Belgium & Netherlands

My fiance and I are planning to spend our honeymoon in the Netherlands, Belgium, and the north of France. We're going to hit the big spots, like Amsterdam, Bruges, and Normandy, but we don't know a lot about the rest of the region. Can anyone recommend any small towns, romantic roads, B&Bs, or restaurants? We're interested in good ambiance, nice people, and delicious food. :) Thanks for sharing your stories with us!

As another choice - - I had just about forgtten about this wonderful place - - try the Pulitzer in Amsterdam (or just for lunch or dinner). It's expensive though.<BR>

Brugge is very romantic. Rent some bikes and bike north a few miles to the little town of Damme. Enjoy lunch there and follow the larger back to town.

I too will mention the (Sheraton) Hotel Pulitzer,Amsterdam. Stayed there just two weeks ago. Thought the location was good(2 blocks from AnneFrank House;walkable to the Dam;10 steps from the canal).Has a larger room with seating area and canal/church view-original beams on ceiling. The hotel is a combination of 16 and 17th century homes combined by glass walkways. Had a very nice meal in their restaurant.
