Romania : Tip in restaurants.
Long time no tip thread.
I'm in Cluj and had a great Gulash in some local restaurant with a romanian friend who lived 3 years in Cluj.
Romania tips. about 5-10% he says.
So guess what ? we did tip.
About 8%.
