Romance in Glasgow?

Hi
Please could anyone give me suggestions for a romantic restaurant in Glasgow city centre? We particularly love Italian food but eat most things. The important bit is that is should be cosy, quiet, intimate and romantic!
Many thanks.

If price wasn't a problem, Brian Maule's Chardon d'Or in West Regent Streetmight be suitable. It has lovely food, is quiet, and offers some degree of privacy with tables well apart. I am not a good judge of what constitutes romantic in a restaurant!

Thanks for your replies!
They all sound very good.
Have either of you been to The Ubiquitous Chip or Rococo's?
By romantic I suppose I mean candlelight, soft music, all the usual stuff! I want to make it a special night. But the food itself is vital too!
Thanks.

Fratelli Sarti (make sure you get the restauranta nd not the deli) in Renfield Street.

La Parmigiana in Great Western Road

Rogano is classic.

The Chip is where you go to be seen, but the main room is still the most fantastic atmosphere.
