Roma Pass question
 

Can anyone tell me whether the Roma Pass can be used for the Leonardo Express train from the airport into Rome? It is more expensive than most of the other local train fares.

We are planning to use the Rome Pass to get from Termini to our pensione but think we will need to pay separately for the Leonardo Express from the airport into Termini.

Babbitt - I think the Roma Pass will cover the local train (FM1) from the airport, but not the Leonardo Express. Ask at the airport. You can get off the train at Ostiense to change to the metro. If you planned to take a bus to your hotel instead of the metro once in Rome, Tiburtina train/metro stop is a major bus hub and would be a better stop.

I will study the metro maps on the plane and may even try to use the local train to save a little money. I appreciate your help!
