Marko, it would take quite a bit of time.
We sailed from Rhodes (Marmaris) to Antalya along the Turkish coast at a leisurely pace. It took 2 weeks.

The main Turkish port used by ferries and fast craft from Rodos is Marmaris. The ferries are very small ships. There are some schedules and fares on www.yesil-marmaris.com.

I did take the boat from Rhodes to Marmaris. It was about 2 hours I beleive. A bit of caution on planning though....if you go, buy your boat ticket in advance. Check with local travel agencies for information upon arrival in Rhodes for boat schedules. The boat ride in the morning over was ok. Coming back (late afternoon) was the most "sea-sick" experience. The winds pick up and almost everyone on the boat was getting sick. Waves came up over the side of the boat and soaked me completely. They were handing out plastic bags to almost everyone (for getting sick). Don't get me wrong..I loved the trip to Turkey and back. I would just be prepared with anti sea sickness meds and such. Also - they told us that sometimes the ferries cannot come back late in the day due to the winds so be prepared that you may have trouble coming back. We did not experience that though. I highly recommend morning travel as we were sick after our experience!!!
