Rhodes Restaurants
 

My husband and I will be spending time on Rhodes and we are wondering if anybody has any recommendations for good places to eat. Thanks for the help.

There are plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from. They have lots of atmosphere. Many of the places have rooftop restaurants which are nice to sit in. Places like Lardos and Lindos have nice rooftop restaurants especially the latter. There are also some excellent fish restaurants on the seafront at Rhodes Town and between Lardos and Lindos. You won't go wrong.

We just returned from Rhodes and loved Mama Sophias on the road to the back gate from Old Town into New Town. It is a family run restaurant and they could not have been nicer or more attentive. The son of one of the families spent so much time with us talking about Rhodes and food. We ate on the upstairs terrace and stayed for hours! Don't miss it.

We loved a very simple taverna called "LA PALESTRA" in Lindos, down at the water. Excellent grilled fish and lovely salads for very reasonable prices.
