Rhine Valley to Geneva - where to stay?

Jump to last reply

End of June, I will be driving from Frankfurt to Boppard (stayover a night there) and then to Berne, Switzerland with my three teenage children and want to break the 5 hour drive in between - should I stay in Baden-Baden or anywhere along the route that is nice? Would appreciate any suggestions for good places to stay in Boppard, Baden-Baden (or along the route) and Berne - preferably reasonably priced service apartment as my son is allergic to certain foods and we wish to cook dinners. I read the BnB Gantrisch Lodge is quite nice?
