Hello,
My family & I are planning to rent apartments in Rome & Florence. We found two apartments through sleepinitaly.com

Rome :

Does anyone have any experience with sleepinitaly.com? Has anyone stayed in either of these apartments?

We have reserved an apartment through Sleep in Italy for this coming May. In general, they are a highly recommended agency. I can't speak of the particular apartments you are considering, but I do think you've settled on a reputable middleman.

I rented an apartment through them twice a few years ago and have no complaints at all.

We rented an apartment in Rome with them four years ago. They were fine to deal with although we weren't wild about the apartment itself.

Mostly good a few negatives mainly from newbies about dirt dodgy locations small baths no elevator no AC one bait and switch on an apartment where they replaced one apt with one of lesser quality.WAY better than all the individual touts here.Never wire money pay with CC also have had good personal experience with italyby.com and booking.com #1 best location of your 2. Family Rooms on booking.com work better for me cheaper usually San Carlo suites for me last way less risk than apts.
