Hello:<BR>Can someone share their experience at the airport (CDG) during New Year from Paris back to the US? I have never travelled on a holiday and worried about overbooked airline, flight delays, etc.<BR>Thank you in advance.

We were flying January 1st, 2002 from CDG to EWR on Continental. There was no difference and everything was just fine

I flew from CDG to Dusseldorf and then Chicago and then SFO on 1/1/02. The only problems where in Chicago. Overbooked flight, cancelled flights for others trying to crowd onto ours, weather delays. It was the longest trip I've ever taken.

We flew from CDG to Houston then Dallas on 1/1/99. Just another travel day. We took the shuttle to the airport, they arrived early.
