I am going to travel with my family in the UK very soon and we are planning to visit the Big Ben in this week.
We are looking for good restaurants in the area, I would love if you can give me names of restaurants we can book in advanced.

Hi Angelo, that is an impossible question to answer. Are you only visiting the Elizabeth Tower/Big Ben (and do you have tickets, as these sell out quickly) or are you staying in London for longer? There are thousands of restaurants in London, what kind are you looking for and how much do you want to spend? I can recommend the Cinnamon Club, but if you don't like Indian food that wouldn't be any good to you.

I would love if you would go to a bookstore or your public library and get books on London and look up what you might like and where it is. You do not know my tastes any more than I know yours.

Welcome to Fodors. 'Big Ben' is what people call the famous clock tower attached to the Houses of Parliament. So are you actually 'visiting' Big Ben or will just be in the general vicinity of Parliament/Westminster Abbey/the River?

In any case (assuming this is a serious question) as mentioned this is unanswerable. There are quite literally hundreds of restaurants in/near this area. What is your budget? What sort(s) of food? Lunch or dinner? etc etc.

No specific restaurants but on our UK trips we eat mostly in pubs and are rarely disappointed Pub grub is usually good, hearty and less costly than at a regular restaurant.

Note that many pubs don't allow children
