Rome: Il Ciak-- Vicolo del Cinque 21 (in Trastevere) Closed Monday open 20:00-24:00 all other days. You must have a reservation--call 06/589-4774. Truly authentic and amazing food. Lots of fresh game. Best veal chop I've ever had. Heavenly grilled bread-fabulous funghi zuppe. I have eaten there 5-6 times and it is always just outstanding. True local flavor-you won't find another tourist in the room. I wish I was there right now....
