In 7 days and 14 meals in Rome, the only bad meal was one in a restaurant recommended in a guide. Nearly everywhere which is family run with italians eating in it will be good. and vv.

Can you tell us the range of prices for dinners on their menu?

I second the review of hypatia concerning Antica Taverna:

I ate there two weeks ago, and the service, uncharacteristic of Rome, was HORRIBLE. The waiters were snippy and disdainful, not only to me but to other diners I observed. I know this place has been recommended by some Fodorites in the past, but with so many other terrific restaurants as options, why take a chance here?
