anyone know of a list of places? I believe Azahar Seville thread listed them last year but haven't seen yet and we'd like to reserve. Thanks

plambers,
Azahar hasn't published this year's list yet. This was her list from last year-
https://azahar-sevilla.com/sevilleta...ear-2021-2022/
In the past the Robles group has kept one of its restaurants open for Dec. 24-25. I just checked the booking engine of Casa Robles in the Santa Cruz quarter and see that reservations for Dec. 24 and 25 can't be booked online. It says to call.

The Hotel-Restaurante La Taberna del Alabardero on Calle Zaragoza, belongs to the Lezama group and is a restaurant/hospitality school. They will be open on Christmas Day with a special 60-euro menu.

In my experience the Sagardi group keeps its restaurants open either Dec. 24 or 25. The Sagardi restaurant in Seville is ORIO in the Arenal quarter. In their dining rooms they serve an excellent Basque grilled rib steak. Sagardi sources its beef from Luismi in the Basque Country, one of Spain's best purveyors.Their red piquillo peppers are also excellent. I checked Open Table and it's bookable for Christas Eve lunch and dinner.

In addition, Restaurante Becerrita, according to their booking page, will be open for Christas Eve lunch and Christmas Day lunch (but not for either dinner).
Azahar likes it, and so do I.

Yes, Las Golondrinas is good and Azahar likes it. There is now a Las Golondrinas II
https://azahar-sevilla.com/sevilleta...s-golondrinas/.
https://azahar-sevilla.com/sevilleta...olondrinas-ii/.
There are now two Azoteas and one Tienda.
Azahar also updated her reviews of both of them-
The one on Mateos Lagos-
https://azahar-sevilla.com/sevilleta...a-vinos-tapas/
The one on Conde de Barajas-
https://azahar-sevilla.com/sevilletapas/la-azotea/
Since their web page is being updated and under construction, I would just call or have the host of your lodging call (I assume you're staying in a short term rental?)
The Azotea on Conde de Barajas: +34 955 11 67 48
The Azotea on Mateos Gagos: +34 954 215 878
Or you could try contacting them on their Facebook or Instagram, which sometimes has worked for me.
