Restaurants in Burgundy That Are Open on Monday

Can someone recommend (1) a restaurant en route from Paris CDG to Dijon and (2) a restaurant in Dijon that are open on Mondays? Looking for places in the 35-55 euro range. Thanks!

Rest stop restaurants along the autoroutes are surely open and some have decent restaurants.

In Dijon here are a few of our well known restaurants in your price range open on Mondays :

http://www.ladamedaquitaine.fr/ (dinner)

There might be more all around the covered market.

I really like the restaurant in Hotel du Nord in Dijon, it was very good. Not a typical hotel restaurant at all, more like a hotel just happens to be in the same building as a good neighorhood restaurant. it's open every day, I believe. Their 3-course menu is only 33 euro.

If you just want something casual, the brasserie L'Edito is just about across the street from H du Nord at 2, place Darcy and serves typical brasserie/cafe fare (sandwiches, salads, steak frites, etc). It's open every day.
