Restaurants in Bologna

We will be in Bologna for two days next month. I have one dinner booked at Da Cesari, but not sure what to do about Sunday night. Any suggestions? We are staying near the Piazza Maggiore.

Da Gianni on the via Claveture (if it's open).

But this subject has been done to death on Chowhound in multiple posts. I highly recommend you check out the threads there, since people really do take food seriously over there. Here, you know very little about whether people understand Bolognese cooking at all.

Sorry for my typo. It's via Clavature.

Thanks zeppole. Gianni is closed on Sunday like many restaurants in Bologna. I will try Chowhound.

Usueful tips from zeppole. I'm off to Bologna for a month to turn my blog www.tasteforbologna.blogspot.com into a book so there will be regular postings there - recommendations and recipes.

CPG: Is there any way that I/we could tempt you to write a brief trip report of your adventures in Italy last spring?
