Restaurants in Baveno and Bellagio
 

Any suggestions for lunch in these towns?

Take the ferry over to Isola Pescatori and eat at Hotel Verbano.

This is the exact reason that I am going to start keeping up with my travel journal. We had a really nice lunch in Bellagio, perhaps someone will remember the name, it has antique bicycles hanging, I believe it is Italian...perhaps someone who reads this will know. I am jealous, Bellagio is a favorite place of mine. Have a wonderful trip

A few years ago I stayed at Hotel Silvio in Bellagio. Its up the hill a mile or so from the harbor. The owner casts his nets in the lake daily and his little restaurant is full of locals every evening. They have a website.

Have lunch outside at the Hotel Florence in Bellagio. Great view.
