Restaurants in Amsterdam
 

My family will be in Amsterdam for 5 days, staying near Rijksmuseum. I'm looking for restaurant recommendations. We loved the Indonesian food the last time we were there ... we definitely want to try Surinamese ... some native Dutch cuisine as well.

Blonde Hollander has authentic Dutch food; for a more upscale experience (but not breaking the bank), try Le Zinc.

On websites, you'll see Blauwe Hollander or Le Zinc et Les Autres.

We absolutely LOVED The Bird! It is fabulous Thai restaurnt and the food is divine and prices are reasonable.
