Hello All, do you know of any good places to eat in Lisbon, Portugal? Places that are still opened during COVID-19?

At the moment, cafes and restaurants are closed, and only take-away and home delivery services are allowed.

Just checked a couple of webcams, cafes are open ;-) just probably not legally
