We had an absolutely wonderful dinner last summer at Le Jardins des Quatre Saisons, Ira. It was one of the highlights of our trip! I can recommend it without hesitation.

We were very content with the Hostellerie St. Antoine. They have parking on premises right in the heart of Albi, a beautiful garden setting and a very pleasant restaurant with an excellent selection of wines.

St. Antoine gets my vote.

St. Antoine is our favorite also. Be sure to see the gardens behind the Toulouse Latrec Museum.

The two restaurants considered to be the best in Albi:
-Moulin de la Mothe
-L'Esprit du Vin

Both of these will cost you about 50 to 75 dollars U.S. per person, plus wine and other extras. The only one I know is L'Esprit from a couple of years ago. It was great, but I never think the food in restaurants is worth the money. Good luck.
