Just interested, so you don't want info on osterie?
It is just http://www.baccusosteria.it/ is pretty good.

Il cibo era bene e la vista era incredibile nella sera a Ristorante la Terrazza della Val d'Orcia, ma e' solo una ristorante.

Had a very god lunch in Pienza two years ago at Trattoria da Fiorella, Via Condotti.

Also in Pienza but years ago, Latte di Luna...family owned and run, kids doing homework...we loved it but again, a good while since we've been there... That's a great area for food!!
