Restaurant Recommendations

I will be travelling in Europe this summer with family and I'm looking for restaurant recommendations! Would like at least 1 restaurant per night but 2 (Lunch/Dinner) would be great too! This is what we have so far:
Florence (3 nights): Borgo San Jacopo, Enoteca Pinchiorri
Berlin (4 nights): Tim Raue
Helsinki (5 nights - lose two nights because of Sunday/Monday): Olo, (Looking at Demo, Chef and Sommelier and Ask - anyone know the best two of those)
Copenhagen (3 nights): Amass, Studio, AOC, Relae, Kadeau
Sweden (3 nights - lose two nights because of Sunday/Monday): Mathieu Dahlgren Matsalen
St Petersburg (2 nights): Il Lago del Cigni
Moscow (4 nights): La Colline

Thanks guys in advance!!
Obviously could not get into Noma/Geranium in Copenhagen and Frantzen (1st choice in Stockholm) was also booked.

We really liked Restaurant Radio in Copenhagen

We also really liked Restaurant Radio. Also Brasserie Degas but it is not upscale as the others you mentioned. The food in both these places is great though.

Søllerød Kro is outside CPH centre, well worth the trip, it is a beautiful place esp in the summer. Did you check formel B?

Again this one is in the suburbs of CPH, Klampenborg which is one of the wealthiest areas of the city, beautiful area, the Red Cottage.

In Stockholm, did you consider Ekstedt, everything is cooked on woodfire, it is very special.

For Berlin, Tim Raue is a good choice. My other recommendation would be Fischers Fritz (2 Michelin Stars) at the Gendarmenmarkt (dinner only):

For lunch (or for a meal at anytime of a day), I strongly recommend the famous food halls on the upper floor of the KaDeWe department store.

Alternatively, you can go into the food halls in the basement of Galeries Lafayette. The selection is smaller than at the KaDeWe, but oysters and lobster are as equally good.

For an inexpensive, but well tasting lunch you may go to Fassbender & Rausch, also at the Gendarmenmarkt. It is a (recommendable) chocolate store, but they have a small restaurant on the upper floor where dishes are served which are prepared with the slightest hint of chocolote, e.g. pear-pumpkin soup with a splash of light 43% plantation chocolate from Venezuela(€ 8.50) or venison stew with mushrooms and orange-yam-purée and light 47% Costa Rica chocolate (€ 21.50).

Thanks guys!! We only have a lunch spot in Denmark and sollerod kro looks to be the only one open for the date / time. Plus the food looks great!! Ekstedt doesn't work for the times :(

Thanks traveller1959. Booked fischers and also Horvath (is this good?). Im assuming kadewe and Lafayette don't require reservations! And rausch sounds delicious!!! :D

Have not been at Horvath yet. But with two stars it must be good.

Of course, KaDeWe and Lafayette don't require reservations. It is informal, cafeteria style with several islands for different types of food (seafood, steaks, vegetarian, pasta, desserts etc.).

Regarding Berlin you might find the following program interesting -

if you are otside the UK you should be able to watch it on Google Chrome using a VPN set for the UK. Hola offers a free service and it works well.
