Sprouted beans are supposed to be healthy.

Although it is a bit touristy we like to have lunch or breakfast at Angelina's if we are in the neighborhood. Hubby loves the hot chocolate there. They have a really good omelet there or I get the club sandwich. My daughter tasted her first Foie Grass on a salad there and fell in love with it.

Although I do not recommend it, there is a chain called Hippopotomous in Paris. The best description I can think of is a chain we have here called Sizzler. For a very non-adventerous eater they fill the bill. Think in-expensive steak house. If you want you meat well-done ask for it to be well done.

We have been to Breakfast in America a few times for breakfast. It is sort of a 502"s style diner. It is OK but not great.

I cannot see ordering chicken in a restaurant since you can buy excellant chicken on the street or at a street market.

One thing to Love about Paris is the abuntant choices in takehome foods that are available. Sandwichs, hot dogs, crepes, quiche, italian, chinese, just name it.
