Restaurant outside Florence
 

I have heard of a restaurant outside Florence that is an old Monestery up on a hill overlooking the city, but I can't find a name. Can anyone help?

There is a restaurant in the Hotel Villa San Michele in Fiesole...it is an old monastery that has been converted into a luxury hotel and overlooks Florence..maybe this is what you are looking for??

Ristorante Omero is not in an old monastery, but it does have lovely views overlooking Florence. And you can have a lovely walk downhill back into Florence.
