They have a very good command of English when you e-mail them and respond quickly. Hope this helps.

I stayed there about a month ago, be sure to take your earplugs. The noise was pretty hard to deal with and the windows dont close very tightly to block it out. Good central location.

We did stay there in May. We didn't find a lot of overall noise as Deb did, but you could really hear the water running from the bathroom next door very loudly every time someone used it.<BR>We had a back room and no noise from the outside at all.<BR>There are some good inexpensive restaurants in the Piazza Farnese, Campo d Fiori area. Lots of shops too.
