I don't believe there is any way you can get to CDG by 5:30 am. I'm looking at an older schedule (2008), but I doubt it has changed much. Earliest B train seems to leave Chatalet around 5:30.

The first RER leaves from Gare du Nord to CDG at 4:53 and arrives at CDG1 at 5:28 and CDG2 at 5:30.

Those travel times are fine for a trip to Dusseldorf, but you need to get from Luxembourg to Paris-Nord by taxi.

That first train leaves from the surface station on the suburban ground level and not from the RER station underground.

Even the first one from Luxembourg, RER B at 05:22 (arr. CDG 1 05:58) should do for a DUS flight.
