I just got an email this morning from Time Out - various walking tours, ready for downloading:

Looks great, flygirl. Thanks!

Lunch at 'Books For Cooks'. Visit the travel bookstore nearby.

A meal at 'Food for Thought' on Neal Street. Very basic cafeteria style small room, with wonderful vegetarian food.

We always like 'The Churchill Arms Pub' for good, inexpensive thai food.

Have you been to the British Library? We could spend hours there.

CAPH, thanks - it's easy to sign up for the TimeOut email updates - lots of things to do - their writers are busy!

Travelgirl - and the travel bookstore is the 'model' for the one in the movie Notting Hill. (not the actual location, but the inspiration I guess...)

Books for Cooks is great. For all that I don't cook (much), I have a few books from there.
