Renting in Tuscany
If you have any info regarding rentals in Tuscany, would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks

Frank, there's lotsa info at www.slowtrav.com and www.slowtalk.com, two non-commercial web sites populated by travelers who know Tuscany well.

Buon viaggio

Hi Frank:

We have used Rentvillas. com to rent a large "villa" in Tuscany in 1997 with great success, and I just booked a week in another villa in Tuscany and apartments in Rome for June of 2003. Go to their web site: www.rentvillas.com and follow the prompts to view their catalogue of properties (scores in Tucany ranging from large houses for 12+ people to smaller units for 2 or 4).

Good luck and happy travelling, Chet

Thanks Betsy and Chet. I'll certainly use this info. Thanks so much

Besides the two excellent resources cited above (I used rentvillas.com for our villa on the Fodorites Italy 2001 trip, though it was in the Veneto, not in Tuscany), I have also had good experiences with www.regencyintapts.com and www.domani-usa.com

Best wishes,

Rex
Something very odd here. I have tried to post on this thread three times under an actual name and I cannot.
