Bowserjoe, I'm considering renting a Rome apartment from them too, for a 3-night stay in October. I never got a response to the online booking form request, so I emailed the agency directly and the manager responded right away with details.
I see they charge a 10% agency fee on top of the rental charge displayed on their website. I responded by asking a couple questions before booking. I asked for the address or a map showing the exact location, and asked how many steps there were to the apartment from the street (for my mother's sake). Great-looking apartment, though, in a Fantastic area. ("Code a080" in the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori area)
I'm curious as to your experience with them as well. :)
