hi,i would like to visit london,paris,rome soon,i like to stay there for 3- 6 mths each country,i am on budget,and i would like to rent a room ,in central location,cheap,safe,and clean.

Depending on your nationality, you may not be allowed to stay 3-6 months in each European country. Most countries in continental Western Europe are in the Schengen zone, and non-EU citizens can only stay 90 days in any 180 days in the whole zone (not individual country). So in your example, you can stay in Paris and Rome for a total of 90 days, then leave Schengen for 90 days before returning. You can spend those 90 days in London (UK, Ireland and currently Switzerland being outside Schengen), Eastern Europe or North Africa.
