Renfe - stressful success!
After gathering lots of info and after practicing on their website, this morning was the time I planned on buying my train tickets from Renfe. I was hoping everything would go smoothly, I had called my bank and double checked that I was trying 62 days in advance (although I tried for the last few days). Sadly I kept getting the same hated bank error message. After calling my bank again and still failing I looked all over my house for my other charge card, which I never use, and called that bank. Still the stupid bank error.
By now I was getting so stressed! I finally decided to try booking the train for a different time that morning. Instant success! I was able to get the web discount. I guess only my daughter will be unhappy as now we have to get to the station even earlier than expected.
