I really miss Elvira and have often searched the site for her.

Remember her well from the days before I discovered the Lounge and used a different name. Lurked and sometimes posted on the Europe board at the time.

Does anyone know what happened to her, btw?

I joined in 2003, and remembered some words from the titles of her trip reports, which I used in the search. BTW, I found the trip reports through Google search engine, not on Fodors - the search engine is very poor!.

There may well be other jewels out there that I have not discovered, from her and others.
