Relocate somewhere warmer

Currently living in PA. Considering relocating somewhere warmer - time for a change. Have 2 kids, so need suggestions on somewhere that fits the following criteria:
Warmer than PA!
Safe environment for family
Good schools
Reasonable housing cost (current 4 BR, 2.5 BA home valued at $325M, so would like to be at least close to that range)
Strong economy - I will need a new job. I work in purchasing, so not limited to a specific industry.
Suggestions?

Did you really want to post this type of question on the Europe travel board?

Do you speak Spanish? $325M (milliones?) will go a long way in Spain.

Do you mean somewhere in Europe?

Hi G,

You might want to consider Madison, GA.

Your first consideration needs to be where you're going to be allowed to work legally.

Gosh. My in-laws have just decided to relocate from Pittsburgh to Atlanta. We tried really hard to convince them to consider London, but we failed on both climate bit and affordability side. ;-(

If you meant to post this in the US forum, I think Austin, TX meet all of your requirements.
