Relaxing Spain Getaway in November -- Where Would You Go?

My wife and I (and our 5 year old ) will be in Paris in mid-November, and we're looking to add five nights somewhere relaxing and less likely to be wet. We're thinking Spain for the climate, but have only done Barcelona and the islands. Where should we go? Always heard great things about Seville, but is it too much of a city? Toledo? Should we head for Sintra instead? We're looking for reasonably accessible, great food, and some things to see/do, but peaceful and calm. (We're big fans of Provence, Cassis, Burgundy, if that gives a sense of taste). Thanks for your suggestions!

Based on your taste I would say San Sebastian but not that time of year. Seville is without a doubt the place to go. If you're from the UK you might like the Costa del Sol.

Didn't mean it in a bad way, the British and Irish really seem to love it there, must be the great weather and beaches.
