well, hotels aren't cheap, so I understand. You can survive without it in August, it's just nice to have it -- usually. Now it is theoretically possible you could be there during a time when it isn't hot at all, that can happen in August. SO then maybe you'd be mad if you paid a lot of money for AC and didn't need it. Although the noise thing can be true anyway, though.
