TO DAN:

THANKS FOR YOU DETAILS ON BOYER. I WILL BE IN REIMS FOR THE DAY IN JANUARY, AND I WANT TO GET AN IDEA OF HOW MUCH LUNCH FOR 2 WOULD COST. TKS

UPATE - the latest Conde Nast Traveler magazine lists Les Crayeres among the best places to stay in the world.

We were in Reims Fall of 1996. Stayed at L'Assiette
Champenoise, an old chateau with attached modern hotel rooms. Not far from cathedral although not walking distance. Food at L'Assiette was outstanding. Go down to Epernay, the beautiful valley where the grapes are grown. Explore the little hillside wineries and villages.
