Reims-Colmar-Beaune Is a week enough time?

My husbancd and I are taking the fast train from Amsterdam to Paris Nord and renting a car. We wanted to spend seven nights divided among the Champagne, Alsace Lorraine and Burgundy regions. From Burdurgy, on the 8th day, we drive to CDG for a late afternoon flight home. We hope to spend two night in each locale and a one night stay (Luxenbourg?) along the way. Is this trying to see too much? Does anyone have some must sees along the way?
Before I finalize the hotels, I wanted to make sure we're not attempting too much.
Thanks!

What do you plan to do in each region - just visit these cities or tour the countryside, chateaux, other villages, and wineries also???

Since we retired early so we could spend more time traveling, we've spent 2 weeks in Burgundy near Beaune, 1 week in Alsace near Colmar, and 1 day in Reims plus 3 other days around Reims. Three-quarters of a day is fine for just visiting the three cities - but you'll need a lot more time to visit other things in each area.

I would suggest that you spend your week in either Alsace or Burgundy and also visit the many chateaux, villages, Dijon/Strasbourg, and the pretty countryside.

Well, I think missing Strasbourg is a major mistake - IMHO has more to see and do than anyplace else int he area. As for driving from a distance to the airport - what time is your planes back? You need to be at CDG at last 3 hours before the flight (which means 3.5 hours if you are dropping a rental car). And you need to allow for extra time on the road due to accident or construction. I think you might have to leave very early to be sure of making your flight.
