Great restaurant in Epernay is Les Cepages
16 r. Fauvette (tel 03 26 55 16 93) Closed July 2-24 and Wed & Thurs. with a TRULY non-smoking diningroom! Menu 17-65 euros. We had a memorable dinner there--My husband picked the "all lobster" menu and I chose the more expensive "Chefs Surprise" menu. Great champagne choices. Very special place (2 forks/knives in the Red Michelin guide)

We found Epernay to be a lovely town with fun shopping if you are a shopper (we aren't particularly).
