Refund of VAT for car rental
 
I'll be paying $432 for our 18 day car rental out of Paris. Is it possible to get a VAT refund of the 19.6% VAT as we leave France?

No, only for goods which you take out of the country/EU, or if you are a VAT-registered EU-based business.
