Recommended books to read

Hello,

Looking for some books to read about Hungary before my trip. Any recommendations for translated works by Hungarian authors or first-person travel books on Hungary or any other fiction books about Hungary would be appreciated.

An author that my book group enjoyed was Imre Kertesz; you can find some of his titles on amazon.com.

Thanks for the suggestions. I got Imre Kertesz's book entitled Fateless from my local library. The website is also helpful with overall info on Hungary.
