Recommendations for Zagreb trip?
I am travelling in Nov'02 to Zagreb and would be grateful for any tips. What is worth seeing (museums, sites, etc.)? Do they have a good ballet/opera in Zagreb? Are any foreign languages are spoken by locals? Is the place safe?

Hi,
Zagreb is a safe city. There is a lovely Opera house and , usually, a number of concerts and other cultural events. The city has many restaurants, cafes and hotels.
Most people speak some English.
Take an umbrella!
