Recommendations for vacation in March?
 

My wife and I cannot decide where to go in europe for 7 days this March. We both enjoy hiking, museums and dining. We have been to Amalfi Coast and Paris recently and want something new. I know our choices are limited due to time of year but this is the only time in our schedule. We are looking for recommendations. Thank you for your help.

How about southern Spain?
Cordoba-Sevilla-Granada...although with only one week, I would stick with Sevilla and Granada.

Andalusia is a good choice and so is Portugal--- but not both in your short time. The only other viable option to me would be Sicily.

Actually going to Barcelona for 4 days (Feb 26-Mar 1). Weather will still be decent and crowds less. Have more time to see the sights and soak in the local culture. Easy to fly to Madrid via Easyjet.com and spend a few days there as well. Totally different side of Spain but my favorite city in Europe. Have to spend a day at the Prado and check out the Palacio Real. Lisbon is another bet, all ready cheap to begin with and $ is stong vs Euro compared to 6 months ago.

I suggest Greece.
