Recommendations for modern but causal Paris restaurants?

My husband and I are going to Paris this July are are looking for some restaurant recommendations. We're in our late 20's and are looking for places that have a modern take on traditional recipes with a hip/relaxed/fun atmosphere for dinner/lunch, but especially dinner. Our hotel is very near the Louvre so something within walking distance from there would be ideal. Thank you!

Have you taken a look at Patricia Wells' "A Food Lover's Guide to Paris"? You can get the hard copy (http://patriciawells.com/books/the-f...patricia-wells), or down load the app to your iPhone/iPad.

Also near the Bourse, and a short walk from the Louvre, is Saturne. I had an excellent lunch there a couple weeks ago. Reserve well in advance - it's very popular.
