recommendation Orvieto
 

Four adults will be in Orvieto during late December and seeking recommendation for New Year's Eve dinner. Any would be appreciated $$-$$$. Thanks in advance.

Since I've just been to Orvieto once I cannot give you a comprehensive overview of the possibilities. However, I was there in late December, had lunch at Ristorante Maurizio and recommend it. Because of the season presumably I believe we were the only non-locals in the place (always a good sign I think), the food was excellent, service friendly and prices moderate. It's not far from the Duomo so easy to find and if I return to Orvieto I'll certainly go back. https://www.ristorante-maurizio.com/
