Recommendation for a large Villa/Agriturismo for 41 people in Tuscany or Umbria

We are in the planning stages of a large family vacation spot in Tuscany or Umbria for a week in June or July 2019. We will need about 19 bedrooms, to sleep 41.

We are looking for pretty views, at least one pool, and easy access by car or to the train station to visit nearby towns. Within day trip distance to either Florence or Rome would also be great. Our group will have 2 children under 2 and 12 between 2 and 17, so we will want something that is good for kids.

Two that I have found so far are Tenuta di Forte Sorgnano Il Castello - Tenuta di Forte Sorgnano and Romitorio di Serelle Agriturismo Farmhouse in Chianti, Tuscany: Rustic Apartments in Castellina Romitorio di Serelle

Does anyone know of any of these or have separate recommendations? If you do, I'd love to hear them.

Thanks.

I previously posted under Italy, but was informed that this was going to be moved, so am reposting here.

I know that Fattoria Pagnana could certainly handle this number.

It is conveniently located about 10 miles south east of Florence.

I wanted to come back to see who recommended S'ant Antonio - Thank you jamikins!!! We have booked this for a week in June next year and the booking process, wealth of information, and communication with the owner could not have been better. We are all thrilled and looking forward to our trip next year!

Please write a trip report about this. Since 2 x 19 = 38, I'm wondering about the extra 3....

Seriously, have a wonderful time.
