Recommendation for 3 weeks itinerary
 

We are planning a 3 weeks trip from Spain to Munich at the end of July . We would like to star in Barcelona and drive through the south of France. Do you have any recommendations about the best route and places, town, etc to visit along the way?

Look into renting a car across the border in France if you face steep drop-off charges for renting in one country and returning in another

lots of neat routes - hit the Couliers area of cute seaside towns just out of Spain - maybe go over to the Carcassonne area, meander thru Dordogne and head to Provence - the Avginon area and then perhaps to the French Riviera?

You have 21 days to go from Bacerlona to Munich? Will you be returning to Spain? If not, the car drop off fee could range from $500-700 or more.

How many days in Spain? How many days in France? After France do you want to go to Italy or Switzerland or Austria on your way to Munich? How many days do you want to spend in those countries?

Oh you want to end up in Munich - then go via Provence, stay for some days, then head up thru Burgundy - some days - then right thru Switzerland to Munich.
