I would love the answer to that question too as we are thinking of booking through them. gem

We rented a 2BR apartment from Realrome in late Feb/early March of this year. We had a good experience with the agency. The owner, Tim Pearson, is very pleasant to deal with.
The apartments are, i think, good value for the money. They are more basic and therefore less expensive than those offered by many other agencies. The description of our apartment was accurate

I think you will find positive reviews of realrome if you search tripadvisor and this forum

My sister and I rented a studio from them in May of 2005. No problems, everything went perfectly fine. I found the agency easy to deal with and would definitely rent from them again. I thought the description of our apartment was accurate, and any questions I asked of Tim were answered truthfully. They're legit; if they have what you're looking for, go for it.

I did not end up renting from them - only due to size of the apartment available. I will say that Tim was a gem to deal with - I would highly recommend them based off my email correspondence with him.

All the above is true. Tim is not only accurate and truthful but is fun to deal with. The service is impeccable. My review is on SlowTrav.com. Others too.
