When you say it that way :-) I'm sure you're right LoveItlay.
And I do think it's OK for casual eating and even a little bit of wine. A larger fixed price meal at lunch-time is a great idea. With breakfast at the hotel, and a light supper in the evening that should stretch. |
Hi all, I'm still here! The 50-60 Euro budget is for two.
I've been trying to re-work our budget a bit to give us a little more wiggle room, but unfortunately, as the dollar keeps dropping each day, my wiggle room keeps disappearing! For better or worse, that's our budget, and we'll have to eat within it as best we can. We'll plan to eat a big breakfast each morning, and take it from there. Luckily, my husband LOVES pizza, and I can't wait to try porchetta! Thanks for all your replies, and if you have any budget recommendations, I'd love to hear them! |
Don't worry. 2 people can dine just fine on that amount of money. Just make the lunches light or take-away and get a bit away from the tourist areas for dinner. Or take your major meal of the day in the early or mid-afternoon instead of at night.
